When your technician completes your maintenance, they will provide you with a checklist of the items they inspected, cleaned and/or repaired, and attach any photos relevant to your system and service.

Annual Maintenance Plan
An A/C tune-up keeps your air conditioning system in good working order. It includes:
• Inspect coolant levels & pressure
• Check & adjust thermostat
• Inspect wiring, contactors, capacitors & relays
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect and rinse off condenser coil and unit
• Inspect and clean out condensate drain
• Inspect outdoor disconnect & breakers
• Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
• Inspect compressor at startup
When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system, if needed.
*Price is for 1 Maintenance Service per year for 1 HVAC system. Additional systems add $75.
Bi-Annual Maintenance Plan
An A/C tune-up keeps your air conditioning system in good working order. It includes:
• Inspect coolant levels & pressure

You also receive priority scheduling in the event of a break down and 10% off any parts you may need.
*Price is per visit ($150 for year) for 1 HVAC system. Additional systems add $65 per visit ($130 for year).

• Inspect coolant levels & pressure

• Inspect wiring, contactors, capacitors & relays
• Inspect evaporator coil
• Inspect and clean condenser coil and unit
• Inspect and clean condensate drain

• Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
• Inspect compressor at startup
When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system, if needed.
